EasyGrid talks directly to your charger - in the cloud or locally on your own network. Pick your brand, enter the connection, and the device controls charging by sun and price. Local OCPP and HTTP chargers run entirely without any cloud.
Data ownership done right. Every poll - one sample every 5 seconds - is written to a microSD card that lives in the device and belongs to you. Not the cloud. Self-organising files, survives power cuts, and a 16 GB card holds over 15 years of 5-second data (~94.6 million samples, ~9.5 GB).
Soon EasyGrid will also control your heat pump - running it when power is cheapest and the sun is shining. Schedule space heating and hot water around electricity prices, weather and your solar surplus, and let the heat pump become an active part of your energy management. This feature is under development.
For the nerds and experts: EasyGrid gives you full, direct access to everything inside the connected inverter. Read and write any Modbus register, inspect every live value, switch operating modes and battery priorities, and set charge/discharge limits by hand. Nothing is hidden - if the inverter exposes it, you can see it and change it.
You can also install EasyGrid as a mobile app. Android is supported now - an Apple iPhone version is on the way.

The EasyGrid Datalogger fully supports Home Assistant integration over MQTT. The device publishes its data to your MQTT broker, so it shows up in Home Assistant automatically - ready for dashboards, automations and history.
It is fully user-configurable exactly which data is exposed to Home Assistant. Turn on just the measurements you need (power, energy, battery SOC, grid voltage, prices and much more) and leave the rest on the device.
Enter your MQTT broker address and credentials in the device setup, and EasyGrid connects itself. Home Assistant then auto-discovers every device and sensor.
Your selected measurements arrive as ready-to-use devices and sensors in Home Assistant - updated in real time and ready for your own dashboards and automations.
Warning ! Avoid controlling from more than one side (the EasyGrid DataLogger and Home Assistant), as it can have unpredictable and damaging consequences. If you prefer to control your system (inverter etc.) from Home Assistant, we recommend disabling all control on the EasyGrid Datalogger.
